（2）未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人,、重大稅收違法失信主體,、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
（3）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目（不接受）分公司以自己名義參加采購活動(dòng)）,；
（4）具有電力工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)或輸變電工程專業(yè)承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì),；
（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有機(jī)電工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格,，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書,；
（7）本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (2) Not included in the list of records of dishonest debtors, major tax violations and breach of trust, and serious illegal and breach of trust in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); (3) Must be a legal person or a non-legal person organization established in accordance with the law in my country (the project (not accepted) branches participate in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Have a third-level or above qualification for general contracting power engineering construction or a third-level or above qualification for professional contracting power transmission and transformation engineering; (5) Have a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The project leader to be assigned has the professional qualification of a second-level or above registered construction engineer in the mechanical and electrical engineering major, and has an effective certificate of passing
